Payment: We like to keep it simple. Request a booking by choosing your setup, filling out the required information and paying a $50 deposit via PayPal or credit card. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Within 3 business days we will contact you by your provided email with an invoice for the remainder due.
3-7 business days prior to your reserved dates, we will contact you to confirm your campsite number, delivery/pick up times, method of payment and any other details. Remaining due can either be paid via PayPal or credit card at this time or with cash at the time of drop off. PayPal payments can be made to email@example.com. Credit card payments are billed separately.
Deposit: A $200.00 cash security deposit is required (unless otherwise stated) for each rental and due the day of the rental period start date. It is paid to us at the time of delivery. This security deposit covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or damages to the outside during your stay. If necessary, additional costs associated with missing or damaged items inside or outside the camping trailer may be billed to you.
Reservations & Scheduling: Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Reservations are confirmed once deposit is paid.
Delivery / Set up / Pick up: Delivery for the first 25 miles is included. $2/mile after that from our location in Twin Lake, MI (zip code 49457). For example, if your destination is 42 miles from our location, there will be an additional charge of $34.
The camper will be delivered at the rental location on the rental period start date and picked up upon completion of your rental period. At the time of delivery, we will provide you with an orientation to show you the safe and proper use of the trailer and its features.
We do our very best to accommodate your schedule and arrive when we say we will. Excessive traffic, flat tires and unforeseen circumstances may be possible. We ask you arrive on the agreed upon time as other deliveries may be scheduled around yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to be flexible. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, there will be a $50 charge and we will again do our best to be flexible. If you are late and our schedule calls us to leave the site sooner than you arrive, your reservation may be cancelled or delivery may be rescheduled.
In addition, we are available 24 hours if any questions arise or in case of an emergency. Call 231-343-1465 for prompt and diligent service.
Pick up / Check out: Check out time with us is at 11 unless otherwise agreed upon. It’s not required that you be present when we pickup. Please send us a text, message us or call us when you depart.
Cleanliness & Care: Please ensure the item(s) rented is at the same level of cleanliness that you received it. This includes interior and exterior. Gray water, black water and excess fresh water will be disposed of with no charge. A walk through will be done at the end of the rental and any excessive mess will result in a deduction from the deposit. There is no smoking allowed in any unit. We care for and maintain our set ups and only ask you to do the same.
Rentals 1-4 nights in length should have enough water and space in the black/grey water tanks if used conservatively. Any rentals that are 4 nights or less that require our services to replenish water and dump tanks will incur a $50 fee. This helps with costs and time associated with coming to the site, tearing down the camper setup and towing to the dump station. We appreciate your understanding.
Reviews: We take our feedback very seriously. Please understand that you are camping and we coordinate with our guests on an individual needs basis. There may very well be a small mishap, sand or dirt inside the camper, bugs, etc. We do everything we can to arrive on time, honor the listing descriptions and work with you if you need flexibility. If there was any issue at all with your stay, please communicate with us and we will make it right. Our number one priority is providing you with the best experience possible.
Rental Indemnity & Warranties: This is a contract for the temporary use of the camping trailer at the designated rental location. This contract does not provide you or any other party with the right to tow or otherwise move the set up from the agreed upon rental location. Unauthorized movement of the set up will result in, at a minimum, a loss of the security deposit and, potentially, legal action. I may repossess the trailer at your expense without notice to you if the trailer is abandoned or used in violation of any applicable laws or this Agreement. You agree to indemnify the owner of the camper, defend them and hold them harmless from all claims, liability, costs and attorney fees incurred resulting from, or arising out of, this rental and your use of the unit and all materials within it. There are no warranties, express, implied or apparent, regarding the items rented, no warranty of merchantability and no warranty that the items rented is fit for a particular purpose.
Personal Property: You release us from all claims for loss of, or damage to, your personal property or that of any other person.
Personal Injury: You release us from all claims for injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or damage to you, guests, unborn children, or relatives, whether or not the injury was caused by use of the set up, the owners negligence, or was otherwise the owners responsibility.
Pet Policy: While furry friends are welcome some units, even encouraged, it is asked that you use discretion on whether the trailer is a suitable environment for your pet. One pet maximum, more on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pet.
Use of Goods: It is welcomed to make use of all items including chairs, plates, bowls, propane, etc. Please be sure non-disposable items are returned the way you found them.
Renter Damage: If the camp and/or the contents in the camp are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company and contacting us immediately.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced according to the substantive laws of the State of Michigan without application of its conflicts or choice of law rules. Refunds: No refunds will be given for any reason, including, but not limited to, bad weather, no shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
